Well, we got the part in the mail we needed to finish the drawer on the changing table-yayhoo! However, (pointed out by Megan because I was too big of a durf to notice) it isn't even the right size! Durhee! We will just have to go to Home Depot or somewhere and get something ourselves.
There are only 8 more weeks until our due date! (Sometimes it seems like "only" and sometimes more like "still"). I don't understand how my belly can grow for 8 more weeks though. Pretty much amazing.
I've been trying to prepare myself mentally for when the baby gets here, if that's even possible. I've had too many people around me struggle with postpartum, not to worry about it. My sister-in-law was just telling me about some of her experiences. I feel like maybe acknowledging the possibility will help me recognize and deal with it if it does happen. I'm not too worried though, because I am blessed to have so much support around me. For my sister-in-law, it lasted for a whole year. Yucky! But with her second (I think he's 3 months now), she hasn't had postpartum at all. So here's hoping!
We have prenatal classes at the hospital on Wednesday evenings in April. I kind of waited a little late to get signed up, so I'm hoping we get through all the classes before this little girl decides to make her grand entry into the world :).
Whelp, hope all's well wit-choo. And if you haven't updated your blog in a while, do it! Now!

Hello everybody. I just had to tell you all that I want everyone to come and see our baby room. Okay, so it's not quite done, but it's pretty darn close. We got a good deal at Kmart for a whole set. It's white. I like it. We just finished putting it all together. Well, except for one drawer on the changing table that we had to send for the bottom of, because it was too warped. Besides that, we just need to get the mattress and bedding. So you should come over if you want. And if you don't want, well, that's okay too. One thing that's a little annoying is the doors on the armoire don't quite match up. I think they didn't have the hinges level, or else we just did something wrong. Anyway, have a good one.

Happy happy joy joy
Does anyone else remember that Rhen and Stimpy game? Happy Happy Joy Joy Joy! Jumping over potholes and such while speeding down a hill on a bike. I had fun playing that game. What ever happened to it I wonder? Yes, I would like to play that game again.
I obviously don't really have anything to write. What can I tell you all? Oh, well, Ryan and I just bought our first piece of furniture together. We got a rocking chair. Isn't it exciting? Yes, I know you all are about to pee your pants for joy. That sounded so sarcastic, but I really am excited about anything baby related, I just don't want to keep shoving baby related stuff down all your throats just because it's all I can seem to talk about these days. I was actually not going to even say one baby thing in this blog, but look, I couldn't even do it. And if you really wanted to know, a raspberry filled powdered doughnut sounds really good about now.
I can tell you that Ryan and I are teaching the 11 year olds this year. I miss the silly sunbeams. I'm more at their level. The 11 year olds are an adventure though too. I hope this year won't be a waste for them. What I mean is that I hope they learn something, anything. Okay.
This to Erin, let us play nintendo. I can show you how to make hoot n' nanny too. Maybe Saturday afternoon? Are you and Mandy making rice krispy treats for Valentines Day, because I certainly think it's a good idea.
The show Ryan is watching must be getting good, cause the volume keeps getting turned louder. Hee, I love that.
Yes, I do realize that this has been very disconnected and all over the place. It is just soo me, isn't it?

Hope you had a jolly good one.
We were sad when we couldn't port at the Caymans. Poor Ryan didn't get to feed the stingrays.
Maybe I will post some pictures from the cruise if the computer will cooperate with me this time. Hope everyone had such a great Christmas. Poor Ryan, and like half of his family that were at the Christmas festivities, spent last night puking and the other end too. I'm crossing my fingers. If your wanted to know. And if you didn't, well, guess it's too late for you now.

Does anyone have access to some black leggings, or those 80's kind that I can't remember what they're called, but they have elastic that goes around your foot? I am in our ward Christmas play (THIS friday) and need to come up with an 80's outfit quick. Ry can just peg his jeans. Oooh, does anyone have a skinny Tie? Perhaps anything acid washed. What else. Oversized sweater to wear with a belt over the leggings? I need some help. Or I need a D.I. shopping buddy for tomorrow.

First of all, I would like to thank Erin and Tye for the very happy birthday cards. Thanks bustah's! You make me feel like a lousy friend because you are too awesome!!
Now I'm going to tell you all about our last doctor's appointment, where we had a bit of a scare. So, this was the visit where you get to hear the baby's heart beat. So exciting, but the problem was the doctor couldn't find a heart beat. Yes, it was a bit scary. The doctor was acting like this wasn't really a big deal. So I asked if it was normal to sometimes not be able to hear the heart beat, and he told us that maybe it was too early and our dates were off, but the way he was telling us, I don't know, it just got me more worried, like he really thought something was wrong but he wasn't about to let us in on it. Anyway, he had us schedule an ultra sound ASAP (I noticed he had written on the form), to happen in the next few days. Luckily, the receptionist (I don't think that's what they are called in a doc. office) didn't want us to have to wait over the weekend, so got us in right then. This was very nice of her, but actually made me more worried that something was really wrong. I was thinking that maybe the baby had died, but I hadn't had any signs of miscarriage yet, or that there was no baby in there and that my body was just being tricked or something. But Yayhoo! Nothing is wrong. The ultra sound lady told us the doctor wasn't looking in the right spot, or that the placenta was in the way or something. Anyway, we got to see our, already, very squirmy baby, literally bouncing around and waving to us, and then getting all pooped out and resting its' head against the wall. (yikes, I've heard that how they're acting now is indicative of what kind of baby they're going to be, so apparently, we have a very wiggly, hyperactive child). But, the important thing was that the heart beat was healthy and normal. So everything appears to be just great! And we got an early glimpse of our little one! The measurements showed me to be at 12 weeks 5 days, so 6 days farther along than we thought, but I guess that's really right on, the way it's just an estimate. Anyway, Ryan was hoping that that means the baby will come before the 11th because his parents are leaving that day for Jerusalem, but I say, don't hold your breath!

Feeling a little better, I think.
Yay! I even did the dishes this morning, and started some laundry. Smells are still a little hard to take sometimes, but I don't feel quite as allergic to my apartment as I have been, so things are hopefully looking up! Hopefully that means Monica will be starting to feel better in a few days as well, but of course, every pregnancy is different, etc, but I surely do hope! Also, I was excited to hear that our due dates are only four days apart! Who'd a thunk it?
I wish I had some kind of pictures to post, but alas I don't, and I don't know how to post it unless it's already in the computer, or I would just take a stupid one right now. Yes I know, some kind of special. And I am going to be a mother? Yikes!

Well I just don't know I'm sure
I don't have anything to say. I just don't want to start my chores, so I'm waisting time. Except, chores could be a lot of fun if I just got started. I'm starting to like the idea better and better. Yes, it is growing on me and now I can't wait to get started. Bring on the laundary and some music! yeeha!
Does anyone want to start jogging with me? I think running at the BYU track could be fun, or maybe not. I think maybe my running days are over. Well, any kind of distance running, but a jog here and there, I don't think I could give it up entirely. So if anyone is interested in some casual fun jogging just come be my friend. We could do yoga and aerobics too, hiking, you know, mix things up. Let's make this happen somehow. Oh yes and mucho fun is to be had in the pool as well. I am going to work up to swimming a mile without stopping. So come on.
I want to save up some money (when I start getting paid again) to buy a keyboard one of these days.
Ummm, I know this has been very inlightening and exciting, so have a good one!
Oh yes, bike riding too.
Okay bye.

Hi ya.
Today I am really going to post this. I have made several attempts of late but scrapped them all (some by accident because I'm not too smart). Nothing much to report, however. I made hoot n' nanny for breakfast yesterday and it was some kind of record the way it grew up the sides of the pan. I even took a picture. I would add it to my blog if I new how. One of these days I will sit down and figure it out, but not this minute because Ryan should be home any moment and I am to be ready to leave with him on his route. Well, maybe not now, because it is already 10:00 and I have to be home so I can be to work at 2. Where is that kid? Whelp wouldn't you know it? He just walked in. So see you later stupaheads!

Hi you all and Happy Easter!
Hello to everyone! I think I have figured out how to use my blog again - Weeha! The only thing now is coming up with something to write about. I can tell you that Ryan and I just purchased our first desktop computer. Yes, that is neat. This is my first time using it. This is a moment or something, I suppose. Anyway, it is a Gateway and I like its' nifty flat screen.
Last night I went shopping with Mom and the sisters. I'm excited about my new dresses and shirts. Thank you mom! We were at the mall for a long time, and I was impressed with how Oliver was so happy for that long. What a swell little mister! It was just good to be hanging out with fam.
Ryan and I are coming up on our first anniversary (the 28th). I can't believe we've been married for (nearly) a year! Well, and at the same time, it's like we always have been or something. I can't explain, but it's been great! Mindy tells me "they say" year two is a toughie cause you're out of that newly-wed phase. I've heard that about pretty much every year though. Year one is hard because of its' hard adjustments, two for its' the-honeymoon-is-over-welcome-to-reality, and on and on. It seems like Kurt said year 7 was the hard one for them and for Jedd it was year 5. We all experience challenges at different times and in different ways and on different levels. It depends on so many different things. Who knows. All I know is that I love my guy and for some reason he thinks I'm something special. Hard times will come when they come, and you work it out. This is all obvious stuff and I don't know why I felt the need to blab on about it like this.
Really, all I want to say is -Happy Easter-to all of you stink heads (that is a term of endearment in my book so don't be offended you stink heads)!!!!
P.S. I'm loving this happy weather and the popcorn on the trees. Yep. I want to go hiking, if you were wondering.

What up peeps?
Yayhoo or SomethingHi ya'll. I've been lazy to blog or email or talk to anyone of late. Perhaps it's a little bit of the winter blahs so I've gone into hermit mode or something. Or maybe it's just been pure laziness. Or maybe it's just my personality to naturally keep to myself. I really have to talk myself into putting in any kind of effort to connect with people cause I'm a scaredy-cat. Good thing I've had a Ryan around, though. He's super! It's been good to be able to go walking with mom as well. I love you all though, so I hope you know it despite all my craziness!!
So Mindy's sweet mister is off to flying school. Good luck Bryant. Sorry if I spelled that wrong? If you get a little lonesome, Mindy, come hang out with me! That is, if you get a minute to breathe between school and work. And whoever else wants to and is able to get together for walks, talks, eats, movies, games, whatever.
I hope everyone has a happy Valentine's Day! I really hope Celeste's tests go well, and that she's healthy and all that. I love you all!

Hello 2007
Yayhoo or SomethingIt is indeed a new year. Happy 2007! Ryan and I had an enjoyable Christmas and a happy new year. We spent our time going from one parents' home to the other. We also got ot go to the Reeder's annual boxing day tea party. I'm feeling bad that I haven't spent more time with Tye while she's been here. Sorry Tye. I guess we've both been busy with our families and such.
For Christmas Ryan got me this self-improvement journal where for one week you work on something. Last week was to smile, and this week is prayer. I really like it. Hopefully it is helping me to progress. He got me some other neat things as well, but I won't list it out for you if that is alright.
This week I've been walking with mom in the mornings. Aren't I a lucky girl? It has been really nice. Here's a silly thing though, I come home and go back to bed if you can believe it.
Last night we played a game that Mark and fam. gave us for Christmas. It was a lot of fun, but Ryan won, of course. He has won me in every strategic kind of game every time. I just win in the all luck ones where you don't have to use your brain.
Anyway, hope you all are well and have had good holidays and such. Good luck this 2007. Hope it's a good one for all of us!

Happy Christmas all and to all a good night!!
Yayhoo or SomethingI spent a loverly morning with Tye and Millie today. They are both cute heads. I am happy they're here for a spell. They fed me some yummy zucchini lasagna for lunch. Yummy.
After work Art and I went to the hospital to see Sheryl (a former Katie babysitter) and her brand new little one. I got to hold him. He's a lump of cute.
Okay, so I just saw a little mouse run from our bedroom behind the entertainment center and it just about gave me a heart attack. The stupid little intruder. We've been hearing them in the walls. Yicky!
Anyway, at the moment Ryan is playing with little kid toys called K'nex and enjoying himself mucho. What a goofy guy.
Tonight I made peanut brittle. I couldn't believe it when Ryan told me he'd never had it before. We will just have to wait a spell and see if it sets up properly. It looks normal, so I have great hopes. Tomorrow I will attempt english toffee.
We have our Christmas music on, the tree lights on and a candle lit, so what with the candy making and toy playing it is feeling quite Christmasy delightful. Yes in deed. Except the mouse is not sleeping.

Nada Mucho.
Yayhoo or SomethingRyan and I are moving up in the world. Come January we will be graduating from nursery and moving up to Sunbeams (or Sunbeans if you will). I'm a little timid about the thought of that, as in shaking in my boots. Sharing time is a scary scary thing.
Ryan is off home teaching at the moment. I was really bad and didn't go visiting teaching for January. Poop on me. I feel especially bad about it because both my companion and the one remaining girl we visit are moving some time this month. I feel like the biggest stupahed you have ever met, so there. Stupahead!
That is all I feel to write at this moment. Goodbye.

Duck Duck Goo us!!

Yayhoo or Something: Ryan quit making it smell in here!
We played duck duck goose in nursery today and Ella says it goo us in the most adorable voice. And Hudson said that he is thankful for Satan. Hmmm...what fun. We also had a tour of the men's bathroom. Goo Us!
If it worked there is un picture of Ryan in his knew stud muffin specks. He is a great one. He helped me clean the apartment yesterday (good thing cause home teacher, and I do mean one, came today). He scrubbed the toilet and mopped the kitchen and bathroom and did dishes and vacuumed and I don't know what, oh dusted as well. What a swell guy! Ryan, not the hometeacher, although he's a nice fellow I am sure.
Today we had a fun time playing with Bailey, Grayson, and Kinley and eating mom's yummy food. Thank you mom!
I've been making some petty awesome (aka: special) christmas tree ornaments of late. I will have to post a picture of the finished results on the tree. Mom is going to let us use one of the Duncun donated ones (I am aware that Megan will need it back for relief society at some point). I'm excited. Heee!
What else to say? I was going to write a little about work, but I don't really feel like saying anything mas at the moment. So just know that I think of you all all of the time and think that you are swell.
By the way Erin, Ryan and I are addicted to suerte. I mean the whole CD is mucho fun, but this song is too much. We dance around like fools. yayhoo or something! Also, loveing the slippers. Thanks pal.
