Nope for the job. Bummer. Whelp, all's good. Not quite sure what we are going to try next. We will just have to see.

at long last

So today Ryan got a call for an interview (finally) for the Provo job. We were giving it up as a no go...but, hooray after all! His interview is on Wednesday. Here is hoping!

A Provo city planning technician job just opened up and Ryan has applied. Now we wait. . .

What should we do; just tell me, okay?

There are just about no jobs out there. Well, there are some, but they are in high demand and people more qualified are getting them. We are feeling a little bit stuck. Ryan doesn't feel like going for his masters is the right move yet. I don't know. We've been offered an opportunity for help to get started in a business. We've been considering running a bed and breakfast. In researching we've discovered that to actually make enough money to live on you have to have quite a few rooms which means a lot more money to buy one. And of course a great location, more money. Essentially we'd be taking out a hefty loan from Ryan's Dad. Mind you, he offered, we didn't go asking for it. Also, the only way we'd do it is if it is on our terms, Ryan's Dad doesn't control it. Title in our name, all that kind of thing. We will be paying him back plus interest and all. Hmmm....? Running a B and B will be everyday (even Sundays) all day kind of work. I just don't know! One that we've found (if it is still for sale) is called the China Clipper Inn in Colorado. We've got a lot to think about! At least we'd get a home along with a business, right? Bonus. Of course we'd be sharing it with a whole heard of strangers. Sleepovers every night, woot! I don't know if I'm cut out for it. With little Molly to boot, and any other brave spirits who are waiting to join our little Harris clan (hopefully).
