Molly went down for a nap (hurray!) so I thought maybe I could update the ol' blog. Problem is I don't gots nada to say. Hmmmm...Pretty much nothing. I get to go to Katie's in an hour. This is a stressful thing because I'm a little special, so I don't know how the heck to take care of both the girls. I don't know how people have more than one child, let alone multiples. Molly spends most of her awake time crying these days, and seeing as she only really takes one nap, it's like all day. Good thing Art is gone most of the time, because when he does come home, and low and behold the child is in tears and fits, he asks some kind of question like, "is she hungry?" Makes me feel like I don't have a clue or something (true as it may be). What am I doing wrong? I don't feel as though I'm doing much right. Poor child. She'll grow up non-the-less I am told. Hopefully, she'll be stronger for it; that is, for having her particular mother.
She is dang cute, I have to say, and when she smiles I could just eat her up, so she is happy sometimes. Anyway, it's all good. I'm not trying to sound all negative. Just feeling a little whellmed right now, and it is something to write, right? Anyway, she probably doesn't cry as much as I'm making it out to be. It just feels like all day sometimes.
Anyway, hope everyone is doing wonderfully well!! Have a good one or something.

Cute Molly
Well there you have it - some cute pictures I wanted to share with you all. Molly is now 31/2 weeks old-if you can even believe it. I'm feeling good, but really really sleepy. Like I'm half asleep most of the time; living in a fog if you will. I've started back part time (20 hours a week) at Katie's. I've worked two shifts so far, and things went okay, but it is a bit of a challenge at times, so we will just see. Hopefully I will gain some skills and things will continue to go well and hopefully improve. Anyway, hope everything is going along just swimingly for you all. Let's get together soon! Okay, see yas!

whelp
Well, Molly is here! She arrived Wednesday May 14th @ 1:05 am. she weighed 8lbs. 3oz. and
21 in. long. Ryan is going to help me post some pictures in the near future. Hope all is well with you all! I am (well, we I should say) are trying to adjust to the no sleep thing and crazy hormone changes (I'm hoping it will be sooner rather than later). I worry that it's more than just the "baby blues". So I'm just trying to stay positive and not let things worry me til I'm sick. Molly is sleeping, so I am off to play a little Mario Kart with Ry.

Whelp, no baby yet. I tried eating spicy food at the Bombay house, then going for a walk, and shooting some hoops with Ryan. No results.
No, really I'm not overly anxious to get going on the whole delivery thing. Don't get me wrong, I'm totally wanting to meet our little one and see that she's okay and everything, but anxiety and all that.
Lucky Monica has it all over with, so congratulations on you little mister!
We bought a camcorder the other night, so that is fun, I think. I hate being videotaped. I can't act natural and Ryan really loves to videotape. So our little star of the show better get here soon so he has something else to zoom in on.
At our last doctor's appointment we almost did get sent to the hospital, though. The doctor listened to the heartbeat for a really long time and said it was too fast, but then when he listened to it at the end of the appointment, it had slowed down. She had been moving a ton right before we went in. She does that, she has little spurts of crazy moving. Now it makes me nervous every time she starts wiggling so much because of the heart rate thing. Oh man, what are we in for? We have a hyperactive. That's one reason they didn't find the heartbeat the first time they checked and we were sent to ultrasound; because she wouldn't hold still long enough for them to find it.

just hi is all
Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Hi!!! How the heck are you?
I just got back from shopping with my mom-in-law for a blessing dress. It is just so darn precious!
Things are just about the same round here. Ry is getting excited about the semester ending. He had to go all the way to Salt Lake today just to turn in an assignment then turn around and come home. What a pain in the buttoot. And yucky about the final projects and tests, but it will soon be all done. Yayhoo or something.
I am definitely feeling hugemongous. Only 3 1/2 more weeks though. Hopefully not a lot more than that. Except for that getting the baby out part. Yikes.
Anyway, hope everyone is doing well.
Oh, this is a little silly, and for the fact that I want to share it. But, last night Ryan said my snoring was something indescribable. The best he could describe it was that it sounded like a cell phone going off on vibrate whilst laying on a wood surface. He almost got out of bed to answer his phone before realizing it was coming from me. How embarrassing. At least I know I must have gotten some sleep last night. This snoring is something that has come because of being prego, so I hope it is something that will go away. Poor Ryan. He says it doesn't bother him, but I'm not buying it.
Ooh, I can also mention that Ry had a rather disturbing dream a while back. He dreamed he was giving birth by throwing-up the baby. He said he couldn't understand what was going on, and that I was telling him he was doing a good job, then his jaw dislocated and the doctor was telling him to throw-up. Then, out came a baby. Weird.
Okay, well we're off to prenatal class, so have a good one. I get to go get terrified about epidurals. Whippee!

Well, we got the part in the mail we needed to finish the drawer on the changing table-yayhoo! However, (pointed out by Megan because I was too big of a durf to notice) it isn't even the right size! Durhee! We will just have to go to Home Depot or somewhere and get something ourselves.
There are only 8 more weeks until our due date! (Sometimes it seems like "only" and sometimes more like "still"). I don't understand how my belly can grow for 8 more weeks though. Pretty much amazing.
I've been trying to prepare myself mentally for when the baby gets here, if that's even possible. I've had too many people around me struggle with postpartum, not to worry about it. My sister-in-law was just telling me about some of her experiences. I feel like maybe acknowledging the possibility will help me recognize and deal with it if it does happen. I'm not too worried though, because I am blessed to have so much support around me. For my sister-in-law, it lasted for a whole year. Yucky! But with her second (I think he's 3 months now), she hasn't had postpartum at all. So here's hoping!
We have prenatal classes at the hospital on Wednesday evenings in April. I kind of waited a little late to get signed up, so I'm hoping we get through all the classes before this little girl decides to make her grand entry into the world :).
Whelp, hope all's well wit-choo. And if you haven't updated your blog in a while, do it! Now!

Hello everybody. I just had to tell you all that I want everyone to come and see our baby room. Okay, so it's not quite done, but it's pretty darn close. We got a good deal at Kmart for a whole set. It's white. I like it. We just finished putting it all together. Well, except for one drawer on the changing table that we had to send for the bottom of, because it was too warped. Besides that, we just need to get the mattress and bedding. So you should come over if you want. And if you don't want, well, that's okay too. One thing that's a little annoying is the doors on the armoire don't quite match up. I think they didn't have the hinges level, or else we just did something wrong. Anyway, have a good one.

Happy happy joy joy
Does anyone else remember that Rhen and Stimpy game? Happy Happy Joy Joy Joy! Jumping over potholes and such while speeding down a hill on a bike. I had fun playing that game. What ever happened to it I wonder? Yes, I would like to play that game again.
I obviously don't really have anything to write. What can I tell you all? Oh, well, Ryan and I just bought our first piece of furniture together. We got a rocking chair. Isn't it exciting? Yes, I know you all are about to pee your pants for joy. That sounded so sarcastic, but I really am excited about anything baby related, I just don't want to keep shoving baby related stuff down all your throats just because it's all I can seem to talk about these days. I was actually not going to even say one baby thing in this blog, but look, I couldn't even do it. And if you really wanted to know, a raspberry filled powdered doughnut sounds really good about now.
I can tell you that Ryan and I are teaching the 11 year olds this year. I miss the silly sunbeams. I'm more at their level. The 11 year olds are an adventure though too. I hope this year won't be a waste for them. What I mean is that I hope they learn something, anything. Okay.
This to Erin, let us play nintendo. I can show you how to make hoot n' nanny too. Maybe Saturday afternoon? Are you and Mandy making rice krispy treats for Valentines Day, because I certainly think it's a good idea.
The show Ryan is watching must be getting good, cause the volume keeps getting turned louder. Hee, I love that.
Yes, I do realize that this has been very disconnected and all over the place. It is just soo me, isn't it?

Hope you had a jolly good one.
We were sad when we couldn't port at the Caymans. Poor Ryan didn't get to feed the stingrays.
Maybe I will post some pictures from the cruise if the computer will cooperate with me this time. Hope everyone had such a great Christmas. Poor Ryan, and like half of his family that were at the Christmas festivities, spent last night puking and the other end too. I'm crossing my fingers. If your wanted to know. And if you didn't, well, guess it's too late for you now.

Does anyone have access to some black leggings, or those 80's kind that I can't remember what they're called, but they have elastic that goes around your foot? I am in our ward Christmas play (THIS friday) and need to come up with an 80's outfit quick. Ry can just peg his jeans. Oooh, does anyone have a skinny Tie? Perhaps anything acid washed. What else. Oversized sweater to wear with a belt over the leggings? I need some help. Or I need a D.I. shopping buddy for tomorrow.

First of all, I would like to thank Erin and Tye for the very happy birthday cards. Thanks bustah's! You make me feel like a lousy friend because you are too awesome!!
Now I'm going to tell you all about our last doctor's appointment, where we had a bit of a scare. So, this was the visit where you get to hear the baby's heart beat. So exciting, but the problem was the doctor couldn't find a heart beat. Yes, it was a bit scary. The doctor was acting like this wasn't really a big deal. So I asked if it was normal to sometimes not be able to hear the heart beat, and he told us that maybe it was too early and our dates were off, but the way he was telling us, I don't know, it just got me more worried, like he really thought something was wrong but he wasn't about to let us in on it. Anyway, he had us schedule an ultra sound ASAP (I noticed he had written on the form), to happen in the next few days. Luckily, the receptionist (I don't think that's what they are called in a doc. office) didn't want us to have to wait over the weekend, so got us in right then. This was very nice of her, but actually made me more worried that something was really wrong. I was thinking that maybe the baby had died, but I hadn't had any signs of miscarriage yet, or that there was no baby in there and that my body was just being tricked or something. But Yayhoo! Nothing is wrong. The ultra sound lady told us the doctor wasn't looking in the right spot, or that the placenta was in the way or something. Anyway, we got to see our, already, very squirmy baby, literally bouncing around and waving to us, and then getting all pooped out and resting its' head against the wall. (yikes, I've heard that how they're acting now is indicative of what kind of baby they're going to be, so apparently, we have a very wiggly, hyperactive child). But, the important thing was that the heart beat was healthy and normal. So everything appears to be just great! And we got an early glimpse of our little one! The measurements showed me to be at 12 weeks 5 days, so 6 days farther along than we thought, but I guess that's really right on, the way it's just an estimate. Anyway, Ryan was hoping that that means the baby will come before the 11th because his parents are leaving that day for Jerusalem, but I say, don't hold your breath!

Feeling a little better, I think.
Yay! I even did the dishes this morning, and started some laundry. Smells are still a little hard to take sometimes, but I don't feel quite as allergic to my apartment as I have been, so things are hopefully looking up! Hopefully that means Monica will be starting to feel better in a few days as well, but of course, every pregnancy is different, etc, but I surely do hope! Also, I was excited to hear that our due dates are only four days apart! Who'd a thunk it?
I wish I had some kind of pictures to post, but alas I don't, and I don't know how to post it unless it's already in the computer, or I would just take a stupid one right now. Yes I know, some kind of special. And I am going to be a mother? Yikes!
